This article is available with the guide to use Yanhua Digimaster 3 to add a new key to Mercedes-Benz S Class W220.
Tool need:
A set of Original Yanhua Digimaster III Odometer Correction Master with various of adapters
Tips& Guide to program Benz key:
Enter Digimaster 3 main menu
Go to the Benz key programming page
Select “S Class”
There are main 4 steps to program W220:
Step 1: Program EIS
Step 2: Program DME
Step 3: Program ESM
Step 4: Key programming
In detail…
Step 1: Program EIS
Tips: Need MC705-PROG / (W203/W220)/ 9S12/CAN&BDM adapter
Choose “05X32/1D69J” to enter the following page
De-solder the two CPU according to the diagram
and solder them to the adapters
Note: To avoid mix up, please mark the two CPU before taking them off
After read the data it will show the SSID information etc.
Choose the key number you want
and then click “Write data” to finish the EIS adjust
Step 2: Program DME
Tips: need OBP/ICP adapter
Take 95040 for example
Check the picture and remove the chip to the adapter, click
“Next”
After read the data, it will show the ECU information
Click “Write data” to finish the ECU programming
Step 3: Program ESM
Tips: need OBP adapter
Check the picture and remove the chip to the adapter, click “Next”
Click “Write data” to finish this step
Step 4: Key programming
Tips: need MC705E6 / NEC KEY /IAR-Key adapter
Please kindly notice: this step is based on the data of step 1, if not implemented “Step 1” , this step can not be operated
Take YH Key for example
Before program the YH Key please make sure it was registered.
Choose the key No. to begin key programming.
Besides S class W220, Digimaster 3 also supports many other Benz models.
